    JF Sorbella

    Junior Golf Director J.F. Sorbella's extensive junior golf careeer began at the age of 8 at a public driving range in Westchester, NY. He went on to one of the most decorated junior careers for a Met section golfer in recent memory. Over the next 10 years he participated in more than 160 junior events.

    JF competed with and had his share of victories against the likes of Rory McIlroy, Ricky Fowler, Webb Simpson and Keegan Bradley. JF's extensive resume includes qualfying twice for both the U.S. Junior Amateur Qualifer and Junior World Qualifier. Winner of 17 National Junior tournaments and a 4 year division 1 collegiate player. In 2011 JF was a National Long Drive regional semi-finalist. His 397 yard drive was the longest recorded in National Long Drive regional competition. And in 2013 JF went all the way to the Long Drive Finals in Las Vegas.

  • Program Descriptions

    Junior golf lessions and clinics are designed to effectively address the neeeds of young golfers at all skill levels. For clinics Juniors will start in age brackets, but current skill level will be the determining factor of the lesson plans. This enables JF to teach ensure that each student receives appropriate attention.

    Instruction will cover the full swing, short game, golf course etiquette as well as the rules of golf.

    Clinics are a great way to introduce juniors to the game and an economical means of obtaining quality instruction. But they're not for everybody. Some juniors fare better in a more private setting. For those golfers, individual lessons are available and provide the student with JF's undivided attention.

    Group lessons are a great way to for juniors to entertain up to 10 of their friends on birthdays or special occasions. Contact JF for custom event rates. Additionally on course playing lessons are also available for individuals or groups up to three.

    Ages 8 to 14 years old 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.

    Session 1: July 15th to July 18th
    Session 2: August 5th to August 8th
    Session 3: August 26th to August 29th

    Cost per week is $400 and includes lunch & drinks

    Private Lessons: $45 per half hour, $80 per hour
    Lesson Packages: 3 one hour lessons $210, 6 one hour lessons $400
