Two-round event using Stableford scoring. Each round is 18 holes. Round 1 will be played on July 20, 2024. Round 2 will be played on July 27, 2024.
Flights
Competitors will be split into 2 flights based on Handicap Index as of July 20, 2024.
Scoring
Competitors will be awarded points for net score on each hole. Net albatross (3-under par) is worth 5 points. Net eagle (2-under par) is worth 4 points. Net birdie (1-under par) is worth 3 points. Net par is worth 2 points. Net bogey (1-over par) is worth one point. Anything worse than 1-over par is worth 0 points.
Tiebreaker
If competitors are tied after two rounds of play, the competitor who performed the best over the final 9 holes will finish in the higher position. If still tied, the final 6 holes, the final 3 holes, and the final hole will be used until the tie is broken.
Eligibility
Open to all dues paying Saxony Club members who have an active USGA Handicap Index.
Handicap
Handicap Index as of the latest revision date with 95% allowance. Competitors may play from any set of tees.
To participate in the 2024 Memorial, submit a score for your rounds played on July 20, 2024 and July 27, 2024.
